Every step of the way, from searching for houses to closing, and even 2 months after closing she's still very responsive to any questions we may have. She took into account our very specific needs and only provided listings that checked the many boxes, keeping us from being inundated with suggestions. Many fears and uncertainties I experienced which I hear is normal but Katie and Thomas just kept reassuring me everything was going to be fine and work out.

Katie always answered the phone and offered answers without having to go look for any which as a first time buyer, questions are many and often. She has even helped after the sale was complete and could have just moved on but she has proven she really cares about her clients.

Thomas always offered much encouragement and also was quick to answer any questions I had, again many and often! He was always ready to answer my questions even if it was late, he went out of his was and never made me feel like I was a botnet.

I started looking for houses on the internet and requested information for one in particular, on a Thursday. Just a few minutes later, Katharine called me and we talked. She sounded clever, nice and determined, but not pushy (I hate to feel pushed), so the conversation was very light but decisive. She asked me to send her the houses I liked so she could filter them to know which were actually available. She also sent me some other options, and we selected a few houses within my range of price I was looking for. We visited a few houses, and we liked one in particular. I had started to deal with one mortgage company, but I didn't feel my interests were being put in first place. The mortgage was supposed to have one realtor to help me, but it didn't happen as quick as Katharine. Again, she was really effective and competent. Katharine offered to have RanLife making me a proposal, and they were really good too. Thomas explained me everything patiently and found the best financial offer to my case. I work legally in the US, but I don't have permanent residency yet, and even so, he found one reasonable condition form my loan. Katharine also negotiated the price of the house, and closing fees saving me a couple of thousands. Katharine and Thomas were always 100% available, and I can only give them a 10 all the way through. I'm grateful Katharine crossed our lives and helped us achieve this dream.

I recently just purchased a home using Ranlife. Katherine Conwell was my realtor and Thomas Walkingshaw was my loan officer. I was actually using a different realtor and loan officer in the beggining. My realtor was terrible, he was not watching the Mls for listungs. I had to watch the Mls and contact him with a property I was interested in. I aquired about a property and got a response back from Katherine Conwell stating it was under contract. She asked if I had a realtor and I told her I did. She didnt try and convince me to use her. Katherine was watching the Mls and would send me new properties that would pop up on the same day. I would then contact my realtor about new listings. He was not very eager to jump on new listings. I thought why should my realtor that Im using now get paid for doing nothing. So I contacted Katherine Conwell and said you have been so helpfull in finding me a place will you be my realtor? She asked why I wanted to dump my realtor. I said he is doing nothing to help me find a place and your doing all the work. So Katherine hit the ground running. I told her I was pre approved by my credit union. She looked at the loan I was pre approved by my credit union and was concered about it. She tried contacting the loan officer to see if he could do a better loan but no response. She contacted Thomas Walkingshaw and said hey can you get my client a better loan? Thomas Walkingshaw contacted me asap with a much better loan with no morgage insurance. Katherine found a place as soon as it popped up on the Mls and said we need to act on this now so we did. We made an offer that night and it was excepted and under contract. Katherine was crafty in the offer making sure we got the home. From there Thomas hit the ground running. He worked hard and fast to get the loan done since I was in a time crunch. I never had to ask any questions he kept me up to date daily. This was my third home purchase, the first two were a headache but the third was enjoyable.
